French architecture left New Orleans and the entirety of the United States during the late 1800's. The Ursuline is the only French-Colonial building left in all of America. So to that end the Master of the City applied considerable effort time and resources into obtaining the premises. Striking a lucrative deal with the city he has rehabbed the entirety of the property returning it to a level of grandeur that hasn’t been seen in New Orleans since the time of Phillipe the II. The problem came when there were far too many holy symbols imbued with faith left moldering around the convent. Having taken several millions of dollars and years he has finally made the convent habitable for vampire kind. There are still crosses that adorn the building but these faux crosses have been specially created by Gates and are completely harmless to vampirekind. What many will never know is that Gates has kept the potent crosses of the convent and they are safely hidden as a cache in the case of hostile vampires. In fact on room in the cellar of the premises has every wall and the inside of the door hung with crosses as a prisoner/penitent’s room.

Le Félin Exotique is a strip club that is ran by the preternatural community. All of the strippers, not only dance around and take off their cloths, but also bring something supernatural to the stage. The witches would cast spells that would create beautiful shows, vampires will use their powers to entrance the viewers, and the lycanthropes will shift on stage. Come in and enjoy drinks that are out of this world and entertainment you cant see anywhere else.

It is a place where humans and lycanthropes can eat drink be marry for free provided they are willing to donate of their precious blood. Ignorance is no excuse nor exception to this rule. Those who come her are however safe so long as they take nothing. So much as one pretzel makes their vitae forfeit.

The Master of the city has forbade any death to take place within the bar. So long as there are no deaths the institution is allowed to stand.

Only in New Orleans, which is unique in so many ways, could cemeteries be major tourist attractions. However, because the city is built on a swamp, the deceased have to be buried above ground here in elaborate stone crypts and mausoleums. Over time the cemeteries, with elaborate sculptures and other decorative artwork embellishing the tombs, have come to come to resemble small villages. They are known by the nickname of “Cities of the Dead.”

City Park, a 1,300 acre public park in New Orleans, Louisiana, is the 6th-largest and 7th-most-visited urban public park in the United States. City Park is approximately 50% larger than Central Park in New York City, it is recognized by Americans nationwide as the archetypal urban greenspace. Although it is an urban park whose land is owned by the City of New Orleans, it is administered by the City Park Improvement Association, an arm of state government, not by the New Orleans Parks and Parkways Department. City Park is very unusual in that it is a largely self-supporting public park, with most of its annual budget derived from self-generated revenue through user fees and donations.

City Park holds the world's largest collection of mature live oak trees, some older than 600 years in age. Its founding in 1853 also makes it one of the oldest parks in the country.

City Park has dozens of attractions that make it a popular destination in Greater New Orleans.

A Housing Authority Project that has fostered every conceivable ill mankind has plus those of the Preternatural and come out of that crucible stronger. The Projects have produced more murderers per capita than the entire population of Riker's. It has also produced the most decorated military officers of any such community area of any city in America. Unbeknownst to the general public it has also produced the most competent bounty hunters, marshals, and monster hunters in the US. It is not a place to be trifled with lightly by any.

Lying less than two hours northwest of New Orleans, is the state capital Baton Rouge. Even as it is a State and Parish capital it is second-largest city in Louisiana. The city of Baton Rouge is a major state center. It was also until recently the largest epicenter of Vitamin V outbreaks. In the ensuing maelstrom of activities, the city was annexed by New Orleans.

It has never been done and is not strictly allowed but in light of the potential fallout neither council has made a move unsure of how much carnage would follow. Though no longer as vital Baton Rouge’s historical importance was due its strategic site upon the Istrouma Bluff, the first natural bluff upriver from the Mississippi River Delta at the Gulf. This allowed development of a business quarter safe from seasonal flooding. In addition, the city built a levee system stretching from the bluff southward to protect the riverfront and low-lying agricultural areas. It has been ruled by seven different governments: French, British, and Spanish in the colonial era; the Republic of West Florida, as a United States territory and state, Confederate, and United States again since the end of the American Civil War.

It is now firmly under the control of New Orleans considered NOLA north now.

Shreveport is the third largest city in Louisiana. It is also one of the oldest planned cities in America. Shreveport was founded in 1836 by the Shreve Town Company at the behest of a Master Vampire named Vauquelin. The cities Master disappeared shortly after the cities infrastructure was built and those who built and designed were found dead in various accidents. The next master Josse has ruled the city ever since. She being a traveler allowing her to be at many places seemingly at once.

The unkonw truth Josse was part of Gates warband and none of his many names through the years has been Vauquelin. It as a city has been designed as a place Gates might escape should need be. Shreveport is the educational, commercial and cultural center of the Ark-La-Tex region, where Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas meet. It is the location of Centenary College of Louisiana one of the few Arcadian sponsored educational facilities its head master Dean and faculty administrators required to have no less than twenty-five percent provable fae blooded ancestry. It is also home to many national and international companies.
